Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We strive to send out your purchases within three to four working days after confirming your order. Our regular operating days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. COD orders above Rs.10000 required 10% advance payment for order processing. 

2. Shipping Charges (Domestic Orders)

  • Included in Price: For orders within India, the shipping cost is already included in the displayed product price.

3. Shipping Charges (International Orders)

  • The cost of shipping is determined at the checkout stage, based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • The final shipping fee will be presented to you during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Expectations

  • Domestic Shipments: Typically, deliveries within the country take between 7 to 14 working days.
  • International Shipments: Deliveries to international locations generally range from 10 to 15 working days, with variations depending on the chosen courier service.
  • Dispatch Timing: Most orders are sent out within three to four working days of order confirmation.
  • Address Modifications: We can change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
  • P.O. Box Deliveries: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services exclusively.
  • Out-of-Stock Shipments: We keep the orders in semi finished state and final finish is according to customers colour and frame option. All listed items are available with us.
  • Delivery Delays: If your delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact us for support.


5. Duties and Taxes

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST): For domestic orders, the displayed price includes GST.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: International orders may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival. Please consult your country's regulations to understand potential costs.
  • Duty Payment Refusal: If you choose not to pay these duties, the goods will be returned to Artgatha at your expense, and your refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs.

6. Order Adjustments

7. Shipment Protection

  • Damage During Transit: We will process a refund or replacement following the courier's investigation.
  • Loss During Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
