The colors are protected with a melamine coating, ensuring a lifespan of 15+ years indoors and 7+ years outdoors. They can also be repainted for extended use.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products to minimize damage during transit. While major damage is rare, minor color chips can sometimes occur. We include a repair kit for easy on-site fixes. However, if your item is significantly damaged, please provide an unboxing video, and we will provide a free replacement.

Our murals are cast from molds, so resizing isn't possible. We do offer custom work, but it involves creating a new clay model and mold, which significantly increases the cost (approximately three times the regular price) and takes 30-45 days.
