Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at hello@artgatha.com or calling +91-8809965666. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our return process below.

Cancellations are processed within 1 business day of your request and confirmed by email.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Artworks

Custom artworks — including pieces produced to a specific size, colour, finish, or design — cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once the crafting process is underway.

3. COD Order Cancellations

COD orders above ₹10,000 require a 10% advance payment. If you cancel such an order before dispatch, the advance amount is refunded. Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restriction of the COD option for your account.

4. Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Product arrived damaged or broken in transit
• Product has a manufacturing defect
• Incorrect item delivered

To request a return, email us at hello@artgatha.com with your order number and photographs or an unboxing video as evidence. We strongly recommend recording a video at the time of delivery for transit damage claims. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order artworks
• Items returned without original packaging
• International orders (not eligible for return or exchange)
• Products with signs of use or post-delivery damage

6. Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full order amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days, less a 5% payment gateway fee. Express shipping fees are non-refundable. EMI orders receive store credit only.
