Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your Artgatha purchase. If you encounter any issues like transit damage, incorrect items, or size discrepancies, we are ready to resolve them promptly. Please provide clear photos of the product and its original packaging for a free replacement.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Easy Cancellation: Cancel via your Artgatha account or email hello@artgatha.com before shipping.
  • International Orders: International orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
  • Custom Artwork: Custom artwork cancellations are only allowed before the artist begins work.

3. Product Returns and Exchanges (India)

  • 3-Day Return Window: If there is an issue with the product, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. After 3 days we don’t take return or exchange request.
  • COD Exchanges: COD orders can only be exchanged for damaged or defective items. Unboxing videos are helpful.
  • Shipping Damage Reporting:
    • Note external damage on the delivery receipt.
    • Email photos for internal damage.
    • Unboxing video recommended for concealed damage.
  • Refund/store credit within 10 business days if a replacement isn't available.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items above Rs. 10,000 are replaced, not returned, if damaged in transit.
  • Refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • A 5% transaction fee is deducted from refunds.
  • EMI orders receive store credit only.
  • Artgatha reserves the right to accept or decline returns/exchanges.
  • Customers may ask to pay return shipping in some cases.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • All COD orders are confirmed by phone.

5. Custom Artwork Policy

  • Custom artworks cannot be returned.
  • Customers approve artwork images before shipping.

6. International Orders

  • International orders cannot be returned.
  • Customers approve artwork images before shipping.

7. Return/Exchange Process

  • Request a return/exchange via your account or email.
  • We'll provide packing instructions and arrange pickup.

8. Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Full refunds for lost shipments.
  • Refunds/exchanges for damaged items, assessed case-by-case.
  • Repair kits for minor damage.

9. COD Prepayment

  • COD orders above Rs. 15,000 require a 10% non-refundable advance.
  • All COD orders are confirmed by phone.
